Garite Mini-Sabbatical Grants
Dr. Thomas Garite was instrumental in creating the mini-sabbatical program in 2008 during his time as Chair of the Board of Directors. Practicing MFMs and MFM fellows, including international members of SMFM, receive funding for a research project or clinical experience with a mentor at another institution for up to eight weeks.
Two funding opportunities are available, and up to $5,000 is awarded to one or more recipients per cycle. Click here to download a sample application.
